====Description====
Sweet American buttercream with a consistency good for decorating cakes and cupcakes


====Ingredients====
  *Salted Butter: 1 cup, softened
  *Vanilla extract: 2-3 tsp \\ \\ 
  *Confectioner's sugar: 1 lb \\ \\ 
  *Milk: 1-2 tbsp


====Instructions====
  -Add softened butter and vanilla to mixing bowl and mix until completely combined
  -Add powdered sugar in batches and beat on low until incorporated. Increase speed to medium-high, scrape sides and bottom of bowl often. When completely mixed, frosting may appear dry
  -Add milk a bit at a time until proper consistency is achieved - if adding food coloring, do this before adding milk
