====Ingredients====
  * Olive oil: 1 tsp

  * Onion: 1, chopped

  * Garlic: 2 cloves, minced

  * White rice: 3/4 cup uncooked

  * Low-sodium vegetable broth: 1.5 cups

  * Canned black beans: 3.5 cups, drained
  * Cumin: 1 tsp ground
  * Cayenne pepper: 1/4 tsp


====Instructions====
  -Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 10-15 minutes. Add garlic and garlic; cook and stir 
  -Stir in rice to coat; cook and stir for 2 minutes
  -Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce to a simmer, and cook until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes
  -Stir in beans, cumin, and cayenne; cook until beans are warmed through
