====Description====
The world's best cookies - mom/grandma's recipe

====Ingredients====
  *Sugar: 1 cup
  *Eggs: 4 large \\ \\ 
  *Oil: 1 cup
  *Flour: 3 cups
  *Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  *Baking powder: 1 tsp \\ \\ 
  *Chocolate chips: 1 11.5 oz bag, milk or semisweet
  *Walnuts: 1 cup, chopped

====Instructions====
  -Preheat oven to 325F
  -Mix sugar and eggs together well in a stand mixer, until very pale. This will take 10+ minutes, be patient - seriously, walk away for awhile and do something else
  -Add the oil, flour, vanilla, and baking powder to the stand mixer and blend well. Add in walnuts and chocolate chips and stir until homogeneous
  -Shape into four loaves (2 on each parchment-lined baking sheet) and bake for 35 minutes, until golden brown.
  -Slice while warm. To store - airtight container, or freeze for several months
