====Description====
Meat with a texture reminiscent of Chinese takeout for fried rice and stir-fries

====Ingredients====
  *Cornstarch: 1 tbsp
  *Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  *Sesame oil: 1 tbsp 
  *Sliced onions and/or garlic: to taste

  *Meat: 1 lb, thinly sliced

====Notes====
  *Use GF soy sauce or tamari to make GF
  *Can sub vegetable oil for sesame oil
  *Add an egg white for a thicker slurry
  *Add 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine or rice vinegar for more flavor

====Instructions====
  -Combine all non-meat ingredients and mix well
  -Toss meat to coat
  -Cover and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes, then cook in stir fry, fried rice, etc. (use a bit of oil to pan fry the sliced meat) and add to your favorite dish
